I'm strangely suprised that tourney players haven't twigged that standing out like a sore thumb is effectively a written invitation to get shot... Bright masks, luminous hoppers and pods, polished pink barrels etc.
I'm not talking woodland camo here, as the principle of camoflage applies to any surroundings... so why not use blues and yellows to make yourself look like a bunker??? It could buy you half a second, which might be all you need.
Surely any possible advantage should be pursued, especially in a competitive sport?
As a comparison, footballs have evolved from dull skin coloured things, throught white, to become bright yellow or orange things... purely so they can be seen, and kicked, faster. Do you want to be that football? Do you want your opponent to be that foot?
