i wanna get an ultralite for my cocker to make it even more unbelievably accurate but this is the first time i've bought myself a new barrel and i just play at my local field and play the occasional rec tourney and i was wondering whats the best bore size to go for any feedback would be appreciated
for a cocker you want to go as small as possible (within reason,it depends on the size of the paint, but go for around 689) so that the balls dont roll out the end of the barell. but id go for a cheap barrel kit, i recommend the pipe kit or cp.

Standard Ultralite bore is .688 and I've used it all year round on my matrix, most paint goes through it fine. If you can, get an oversized bore too, a .692 or something, as a backup "shoot anything" kind of barrel
If you want a cheap barrel kit, I have a Kaner Kit for sale, its really accurate and has a range of bore sizes and different length tips
Not if you're shooting a true closed bolt gun like a Cocker (which he is) or Excalibur, remember the ball has already been pushed past the detents and is sitting in the barrel when the bolt is at rest. The detents only stop double feeding.
