when i play supair this isnt much of a problem but when i do play woodball is terrable my goggles dont steam up all the moisture from my sweat gathers on the lenses anything i can do

have i3s thermal is still good only 2 days play old have a headband and tryed the kitchen roll

As far as I know anti-fog spray on the inside layer can damage them personally I'd avoid it but trying wearing a head band or just something that'll soak sweat up then do what Tom said and just get some kitchen roll to the sponge it surprisingly helps :)

Have you tried spitting in your goggs and wipping the exsess off like you do in diving goggs or a bit or fairy liquid as i used that and i had no probs then i got new lenses and havent needed any thing since. Also try a turbo fan from dye.
fans are the way to go. if you have an old 30/40mm computer fan and some time, make your own. took me about 30 mins to bodge mine together
