when i play supair this isnt much of a problem but when i do play woodball is terrable my goggles dont steam up all the moisture from my sweat gathers on the lenses anything i can do

first off what mask you using?

firstly try getting some anti fog and spraying some of that on the inside, if that dont work get a new lens since the coating on yours could just be knackard, also try wearing a headband to stop as much sweat dripping inside your mask

between games get some kitchen roll and soak up the sweat from the sponge.

have i3s thermal is still good only 2 days play old have a headband and tryed the kitchen roll

As far as I know anti-fog spray on the inside layer can damage them personally I'd avoid it but trying wearing a head band or just something that'll soak sweat up then do what Tom said and just get some kitchen roll to the sponge it surprisingly helps

Have you tried spitting in your goggs and wipping the exsess off like you do in diving goggs or a bit or fairy liquid as i used that and i had no probs then i got new lenses and havent needed any thing since. Also try a turbo fan from dye.

fans are the way to go. if you have an old 30/40mm computer fan and some time, make your own. took me about 30 mins to bodge mine together

just got myself some antifog spray and hopefully that will do the job
