Buying a marker?? whats gone wrong

I want to buy a marker for around 100-150, i like the ion but i dont know what tank system it uses.. does it use n2 or can you use air for it??

my local site only supplies air so how can i possibly use a n2 cannister, can any one help and shed some light on my ion problems or any one know of any good markers for that price ..

well when i bought an ion the only thing that i was alloud 2 use was air, other wise it messes up the internals apparently, thats what ive been told hope this helps

n2 is pretty much the same as air.

Infact nitrogen makes up 60-70% of it anyway.

I think that they meant you can't use CO2 in your ion, not n2.

you can get HPA (high presure air) tanks off here for £40+ (3000psi 0.8L), that it what you are looking for, you can run Ions off Co2, but its not good for them (freezing liquid and electronics parts dont mix to well). post up a wanted thread and i'm sure you'll get something.

but on actionvillage were i was goin to buy the gun from, the package comes with a n2 cannister , or can that be filled with air??

Oh, and also, any thing that holds air, holds n2. and vice versa. Hope it helps

hate to say it mate but n2 and air are .. well ... the same thing this side of the pond...
