Hi sorry to post another thread regarding user M-9 Paintball, but it has been over a month now and i am still waiting on my paintball DVD

Im not coninced that it is a Royal Mail problem as i believe u suggested

For this reason i would like a full refund through paypal.

In the previous thread u said this was ok, and seeing that i have not heard from u, even though i have sent emails regarding whats happening i feel i have no other alternative

like i said last time, im not always on line. i wil refund your money tomorrow regardless. if it does turn up, keep it, send it back, i really don't care. i sent two items on the same day and neither have turned up. i apologise again for whats happened, theres enough scammers without having to worry about even more about trusting people on this site and i do empathise with you. thanks for the bad rep though. if you want to discuss anything more with me, i have pm'd you my phone number, you are more than welcome to ring me if you prefer. dave

Ive apprecitated that you purchased something which has not been recieved but I too have sent something out (a lot more expensive than a cheap DVD) that was lost by RM. So its not unheard of is it

I dont wana throw petrol on the fire, but i did ask for it too be sent 1st or 2nd class recorded delivery (anyway thats in the past now)

If u can pm me ur home addy, if the dvd ever turns up il send it striaght back. Youve got my word on that

And by the way im not trying to give u a bad rep, infact for the record the communication has been fairly good, and like u say if ur not online so often, it can be hard to communicate.

Ok, i dunno how many months its been now, but im starting to get p**sed off now.

A few months ago i payed for something i never recieved

All of the people that know of him have said what a gd reliable seller he is and that it is only a minnor problem that would have been sorted within a couple of weeks.

Waited a few week and nothing so i asked for a refund which he said yes too.

He ask me for my address so i gave it to him and he replied to me saying a cheque would be sent as soon as poss

Thats over a month and a half ago now at least, and im still waiting

And dont tell me that its due to it being christmas that my cheque is late
