Painting a marker?

Hi all, just wondering what kind of paint you would paint your marker with, oh and how can I sort out the scratches on it?

If you spray it, it'll look great for 3 minutes and then look cack again.
Anodising is about the only way to a great looking marker.
It's a form of electroplating which bonds the colour to the surface and is hard to scratch compared to paint etc.
