my freind has one. They arnt bad just not as good as a shocker, but i would definately get it over an ION (even though i own an ION). Plus now with the rail coming out and other guns in that same price range its not up to par. Plus the gun is a few years old now.

As far away from you as possible
I know a lot of people who prefer the Nerve, apart from their stock eyes.
Having said that I know people who have owned both and can't decide between them.
I'm not a SP fan, although the reason the Nerve isn't popular isn't because it's a bad marker, it is because the initial price was HUGE, so it's popularity sank with it.

its spectular failure was mainly down to smartparts bad advertising. When its not actually bad, although id probably take an ion over it.

I don't think they're so bad, I actually like them...They were a good middle level choice of gun before the Mini and Rail were announced, along with the Epiphany I suppose.

a lot of Americans prefer them over the shocker...............they again they ARe americans.
Yeah those Americans, what do they know about 'paint-ball' anyway....

Loco will be on here again before you know it, spouting crap about his fav marker and goggles, soft vs hard ear protection, which playing pants look the coolest with a goatie etc etc. The yanks should just give up really, find something they are good at and leave ballin to the Brits.

I have a Nerve and a Shocker and they're just as good as each other.
The Nerve failed becuase it had to compete directly with the Shocker, was piss-poorly advertised, and was upgraded to the max out of the box, hiking the price a lil bit.
The Nerve is easily a tourney spec marker, will fire as fast as the majority, easy to maintain, easy to clean and doesn't need anything doing to it. The LPR is handy for reballs, brittle paint etc.
If you can get one cheap and want a damn good marker go for a Nerve.
