I'll do you an old impulse with a large (out of date needs test) air bottle. For £80 inc delivery and paypal if you want one.

Ive had an Impy with loads of upgrades and i hate ions even though i have one but you would be better with the ion as you can up grade easy and the gun is lighter and faster. But try both if you can befor you buy as you may like one over the other.

I reckon my Impulse is quicker than an Ion... I-Frame and upped board.;)

My vision impulse, with I-frame is SOO much better than any of my mates ions. Even though it only has semi, that is all I use anyway.
More reliable, solid built, and 20+bps!

prob go for the ion....

I like the fact its fast and light and getting to mod it myself- like getting a metal bodykit to make it stand out would be cool!!!
thanks for all your posts!!!!

i'm suggesting that the new guys in my uni buy ions. simply because there are crap loads of upgrades out there, and even though people might not like them because they are plastic, they are a more than capable marker for tourney use.

ion's ain't that bad!

They aint that good either when you compare what you can get on the 2nd hand market these days for such scandelous prices.
