Hybrid shells, removing the lid without snapping it off

Hi, i have recently purchased a speed feed for my reloader b with hybrid shells. Does anyone know of an easy way to get the pin out so i can safely remove the lid without having to snap it off (not what i want to do)

any advice welcome please

Get a small nail or pin and put it on the end of the lid pin you can see from the side and gently tap it out. I have done 2 and it works fine

i suggest u buy two top halves for the hybrid if you use a speedfeed beacuse then you can swap them over if it starts raining.

no u cant buy them seperatly i dont think. i should have said buy another one and u will have a "lidded" top and a spare bottom half.

Or here is a good one.
I bought 2 complete shells to put both my reloader insides in, and put a speed feed on one and kept the lid on the other.
Then if it rains, instead of messing about swapping the tops over you can just swap complete loaders!!
Damn I'm clever.

I thought about it in advance and bought 4 reloaders.
2 with speed feeds and 2 without for my 2 markers.
Memo to self!!! MUST STOP BUYING KIT!!!
