Proto paint all the way, its just great paint, bright fill, bright shell, shoots very well.

Personally I have never had a problem with X ball bronze
but all paint varies from batch to batch and how you personally have kept it. In general the less you pay the worse paint you get (not always the case but often)
Best bet, when your buying any ask to have a quick look at the bags for any 'square' balls, any broken ones or to check that they are all of a similar size with a good seem
if you can ask to do a drop test with it

Marballizer is the best I have ever used..but it can be hard to get hold of and is usually expensive....marballiser! or ultra evil in my opinion, but 420 chronic is nice!
Proto, Chronic, Draxxus, X-ball all have paint that should suit your needs.
What was said above about price is true....for fairly good paint you don't want to pay less than £25-£30 a box
Personally, I'd go with Marballizer or Draxxus
I've used Diablo formula 13 without any problems, it's cheap and cheerful and more of a site / rec-ball paint depends on what you're gonna use it for...

Chronic is excellent for this time of year, never had problems with it in the number of guns we run on the team. Great through out the autumn/winter time but still breaks nicely. Give Nicola a call at Phoenix on (01543) 451454
