markers from england and markers from USA :S

bit confused, im probably gonna get a sp ion, but would rather go for the ion pro which i can only find for sale in the USA. is there anything wrong with buying an ion pro from the usa and getting it sent to UK?
would i need to change anything to the gun?
does anybody know any website were i can get them shipped over or a website which sells them in the uk?
whats the differnce between and ion and an ion pro and is it worth getting the pro rather than the normal one?

the parts that are on a Ion pro can be bought as Added extra's. just get a Stock Ion off here, and have fun fitting the parts.

2nd-hand Ion: ~£100

And up it to the Pro version with:

Locking feedneck: ~£12
Rail with on/off: ~£20
Freak barrel: ~£30

This way you learn more about your marker by fitting them yourself and probably save money buying it over here, instead of getting it shipped from the US.

Up to you, but the Ion's you can get 2nd hand in these forums for example are excellent quality - Definately not a £50 difference.

You could buy a brand new Ion for £150 and due to their resale value not get more than £100 for it, which shows the 2nd-hand price doesn't necessarily reflect the condition.

some stores do dynasty ions these include the dynasty body kit an all american barrel and q lok this is as close as i have seen to the pro ions you may be talking about all you would need to order with this is a drop forward from any good company and there you have a pro ion

There are a few Ion packs you can get

Ion Vision Standard Ion

Vision with body kit

Ion MFP 3000 Package

Dynasty Ion = Body grip AA Barrel and Q lock

Guerrilla use to do a uped Ion

But none from Smartparts come with black heart in them that I know off.

American ones are cheaper but have us boards in them. But by time you add carriage and import tax not so cheap. Plus if it's faulty expensive to send back !

I can get any Ion package you need just give me a shout for the price !

the only problem you'll have is the import tax added by our wonderful goverment

i've had both an ego and a DP fusion shipped over with no problem apart from that.

if you can get them to mark the paperwork as a gift for £36 ($60ish) or under you wont get stung for the tax.

you might swell just buy one from over here though its not like ION's are expensive.
