bad customer service will of course affect business but the bottom line is its a industry in the uk that seems to have god knows how many shops/web stores (most of which are garage part time traders) competing for a very small number of players.sooner or later something will give.gizmos are just the first to go with a bang rather than just curl up and fade out.

Well this is a little weird and does raise some questions, why were they planning on moving to MK if the company was going down hill? He must have seen it coming, so why the big move? Theres still a lot of stock there and I wonder what he plans to do with it?
