T-balls .... Reballs... in the UK

I know this must have been asked before but are T-ball,REball type of practice balls allowed in the UK. what is the legal standing on these types of products.

I did heard they were banned in the UK as they could be categorised as a solid projectile..... is this true has ,the law changed

i have been told that they are technically illegal in the uk also (someone at UKPSF), might be a grey area in the law. i was told that a paintball gun stops becoming a paintball gun when you fire things other than paintballs through them. i think the grey area concerns what the marker is classed as when firing things other than paintballs. 'apparently for it to be legal it would have to be set at 50fps', which is fook all.

i do not know if this info is correct, nor is it my opinion, just what i got told one day. if it helps it helps.

Put it this way, using reballs, t-balls or whatever in a properly secured and safe environment is not illegal as such, however i bet you would get the book thrown at you if you shot someone in the head at close range on the street.
