Can you cut.......?

hey,

just wondering can you cut the feedneck on vlocity loaders, just put it on my Ego and there is a gi-huge amount of feedneck left, and it feel really quite top heavy.

you can see what i mean there, there's about a 2 3rds of a inch left.

Can i cut the feedneck to lower the hopper?

what's the best thing to cut them with? a hacksaw?

I used a band saw but failing that a hacksaw is ideal (use a fresh blade if you have one ) and then very lightly sand of the rough edges

wrap some masking tape around where you going to cut, a band saw would be the best but im guessing you dont have one of those so a hacksaw would do

nope, dont have access to a bandsaw, a hacksaw will do the job tho,

i aint leaving it, feels like its going to break, and it so so high

off to b&q now to get the stuff i need.
