Following up on my recent post about potential group buys, I got in touch with the good folks at Planet Eclipse. As you all know, they’re a great store to deal with and a firm favourite of many of the members here. Now normally they would not do anything like a group buy, but there are willing to give it a go with us. At this stage, please realize that there are NO PROMISES being made in terms of discounts etc. They have kindly given us the chance to see if we can make a deal with them, so it’s up to us to make the most of it.
There has been a fair amount of chatter recently concerning personalized jerseys. As such, for our first potential group buy, the item available is the Eclipse 2006 Distortion playing jersey, complete with personalized printing on the back- name and number.
If you would be interested (and seriously interested please, no tyre-kickers) in purchasing one of these, please reply to this thread. Obviously this is a game of numbers, and the more buyers we can arrange, the better the chance of a special deal being made just for us.
As a side note, please let me know what other items off Planet Eclipse you would be very interested in purchasing through other group buy deals.
