this Sunday put hopper on and after 5 to 10 balls hopper tube was full of chopped balls and paint, tried a halo/ egg, revey and verbosity all the same???

Air was good only 2000 psi but tried 3 bottles all Hi p??

The battery was reading 9v? Any idea’s please help

The paint was hellfire, the barrel was a little large for the paint, ball dents good.

2nd thing should the back plate move a little when you fire the marker???

Make sure that your detents are definitely fine.
Those type of detents can get full of paint and stop the ball bit from moving at all, this happening on either 1 or both sides can cause this

The hammer dictates the position of the bolt. If the hammer sits too far back, the bolt will sit too far back and will allow a hopper like a halo to force an extra ball into the breech causing chops.

It was a problem that timmys also had, but that was cured by an adjustable ram cap.

Your backplate was moving most likely because of the build up of air pressure as the hammer comes back during the firing cycle. New Designz make Nerve back plates with vent holes to bleed that air off.
