I agree but the support you get from warped is excellent. They don't just give you the marker and send you on your way, you get a teching course on the marker included, one to one when you buy it, plus they'll take care of your marker if anything goes wrong - I dunno - I bought mine second hand because they were pricier back then (not a lot,i'll grant you!) But I would have really appreciated a little more info especially as it was my 1st electro marker. Just my oppinion. Ions are a lot batter than people make out tho - Brand new or second hand. And If you do get a second hand, still go see jimmy for ups, I think he stocks pretty much everthing ever made for the Ion!!!
