Hi Sid
The shirts we got from PLANET under our sponsorship, then I took them to Ruth with an idea for printing. She can do logos and the names in the vynils to your specs. Thing to remember with the vynils is if you have a really complex design with loads of colours it starts to look rubbish. The vynils are heat printed on with each colour being another layer. The black names with the white outline on the back of ours are 2 layers, but they are not too thick. The law of thumb for vynils is dont go over 4 layers or you find the shirt will be stiff. She will print all designs as samples first and really does a top job. She charged us £10 per shirt for ours. She has one of those machines that dyes straight into the shirt but we have found this works better on white shirts only.
She also does lazer cut stickers and stuff too.
If you need me to have a word or forward any designs for her to do smples, I will be happy to do so.
Hope this helps
