So..
"Technically", That's Highly illegal, because they don't own or hold a Gun liscence?
I suppose so "technically". I mean pretty much all markers have the potential to fire higher than 330 fps so not sure how anyone would enforce it. I recently bought a 2nd hand marker took it to the crono station for the first time without changing anything, and crono'd at 325 - 345 untill i adjusted the velocity, so "technically" i was breaking the law
FPS isn't just determined by the velocity setting on the marker. For instance you could crono at 300fps with a stock barrel, then fit a barrel kit properly matched to the paint and then be shooting allot faster than that.
