ouch, i didn't know about the last one, but ill look into it...

and yeah, movement is happenening... things just take time.


and dark stranger, knowing the employees well, i can tell you that they try their best, just they run maybe what could be considered as, too many, processes on an order before it gets dispatched... just to make sure what they send is what they're meant to... etc

also, no shop is perfect! (although ive never heard a bad word said against planet)


with regard to movement, i will be one of the first outside the company to know, and once i know, ill pass it all on
