You would need to get it rehydrotested, so most likely by sending it off to a specialist company. Not sure how much this costs...Probably £10-20 but don't forget about postage too.
Once tested it'll be useable again for another 5 years, then will need testing again etc etc.

£85 for these kinds of tanks are well worth the money!!!!
