Ion, HP or LP

I've got both a HP and LP air bottle. Is it better to run a SP Ion with no extras on HP or LP.

I've also got an Ultralite barrel and clamping feedneck, any other up's worth doing. It's just used for rec-ball

Ion runs at 180psi so why do need to run it on HP
I've an Angel A.I.R attached to my Ion which is set for low pressure but thats how i bought it,is this right

Runs on both HP and LP, but i reccomend HP, better for the ion.

The vertical reg, regulates the pressure down to around 140/180 psi from an input of around 450(lp) and 850(hp)

its to do with recharge and drop off, if you have a higher input pressure then you are less likely to suffer drop off if your reg isnt recharging quickly enough (because there is more pressure there already).

its a kind of cushion if that makes sense

that generally happens when youre air tansk not in properly adn on/off drop forward soon sorts that out

so was I (i think, the one on top of front grip) that drops off if you dont screw air tank in al lway, doesnt happen all time, but i found if i had it in all day and not fully in as gets difficult to screw in once is air tight then can get drop off towards alter on in day, so i use an on/off drop forward
