Whats the best size to get (small/medium or large/Xlarge) as iam 5ft 10".

trouble i always have with knees pads is them slipping down, so i always go with a size smaller, so id go with medium

Hi dude,

I'm 5' 10" and bought a set of S/M, should have got the M/L

Mikey601, had the same problem with mine slideing down, ended up
buying a pair of Redz Knee pads, they have velcro on and don't slip

IMO these pads are the best around.

Got a set of empire ones, knee and shin pads, the shin pad obviously can only slip down as far as your ankle which isnt that far, but easily solved with some insulation tape
