Where abouts are you based?
I live about half an hour outside london just trying to figure out roads for travel.

Iron Lions are based at Canary Wharf. Training at TPC every Monday night from 18:30 - 21:30.

If you come towards London on A13, you turn off just before for Canary Wharf.

Near Luton, so come down the M1, aim for North Circular (A406), take A13 towards London. (this might be the long way round )

If you're of the opinion that kids under the age of 17 are somehow inferior players, you should probably take a look at the average age of Notorious Kids (M5 Champions... lol)

GSCE's ( School/college in general )
tournement travel,
Commitment levels ( Wanting to go out and get pissed on a friday when they should be training )
maturity,
pressure handling.

It's just our way of doing things.
we will eventually start taking on young blood's but at the moment it;s just not right for the team.

I'm not trying to tell you how to run your team or anything, but some of the best players I know are under 17 (admittedly they are nearly all on Notorious )
