If you really look at it, I think you'll find it's quite real and you can tell by the way the punches are thrown and the way those guys react, and the question should be, what the hell are those first two guys doing anyway.
wow, lesson learned here: look behind you when your throwing your arm about, even at a force to make that loud smack.
