i think what's being pointed out, is that they're menat to help, but are different and have no markings on them what-so-ever, to explain why they differ... 
when you have a new board on your gat you get to know what is needed but get mixed up some times betrwwn the colours and flashes
Rather old news, these have been out and about for months. Also best suited to the techroom.
