Gill is your best bet shell sort you out and let you know what is going on...but dont worry mate they are top quality shop.

From what i hear Gizmo can get alot worse than that.

The vast majority of people have little or no problem with Just Paintball or Gizmos...I think its only a handful that have got screwed over in bad circumstances.

Me personally? I've placed orders with Gizmo's twice and received the goods 2 days after (would've been a day after but I ordered after 3pm). I tried to order an on/off from Just Paintball but got a friendly call from one of the guys working there to say they couldn't accept my Visa Electron, but I think it says that on their site anyway.

i use just quite a bit and never had a problem with them. i agree with lemon it must be a few people who are unlucky enough to have bad experiences but its exactly the same in all retail not just in paintball, only difference is people come on here slagging companies off instead of trying to sort it themselves.

my advice would be to ring the shop, speak to Jill or McD and go from there.

A lot of online/mail order businesses are great at delivering stock they have, but when it comes to stuff they don't have they are reliant on their suppliers, sometimes this is the problem, just don't ever order a low pressure spring stack for an Evil/Pure Energy preset, PMI never seem to have them!

If you ordered around campaign time, it'll take a while as all the distributors were in the trade stands, same every year.

Ring Just, I can't believe SP are all out of Ions, its most likley on the way! Or if its a package, it may be some of the other stuff, bottle, mask, hopper, whatever, ring 'em, they are people and will let you know.

Or it may lust be the bleading post office again.

The issue with these companies is that they will happily take your hard earned regardless of the item being out of stock. They then do not call you to relay this and put themselves on the back foot before the goods are even delivered. I used Just a lot when the Reading branch was run by Vikki (and was still open) They had little stock in the shop and even lacked any signage to guide customers in. (It was on a trading estate) She made the best of a bad situation however.

They must be doing something wrong, as I have never heard a bad word said about Planet.

I've had bad experiences with Gizmos (more than once) and have not really had much joy with Just Paintball.

Planet are simply awesome. Ill never buy anything anywhere else unless I really need to. Why should I chase people to take my money and supply me with goods late when planet sort everything out and let me know if there is a problem and sort it out asap. I've never heard a bad word about them which must tell you something about the way they run the business.

Ive had problems with gizmos, never had a problem with just...and...well...planet are just in a league of their own
