Help with Graphic Design?

Prob not the right place for this and likely to get deleted, but can anyone point me in the direction of a good graphic designer?

Mainly in the first instance designing a new logo, doing web graphics and buttons for the t'internet etc as my work is wanting a graphical overhaul! Ideally as cheap as poss!!

i know a couple if people, but work commitments make them unreliable! lol
