Marcus you have absolutely nothing to worry about. I'm 35 (and a half!), been playing for a year and a half and I'm not fit (by any stretch of the imagination ) but I can hold my own on a paintball field

My fiance Lump is a year older than me and has been playing 4 or 5 years. He's not nearly as fit as you seem to be but he plays div 1 and is a class player with many years left in him lol. You'll be fine

Im 30 and on our team we have 1 aged 12 2 aged 16 and 3 aged 17 and wayne whos older than me and me and wayne are fitter than most of the young guys.
