bottle retest help

hey i have an aluminium bottle 3000 psi and i dont know when it runs out of test

it says this on the side :
cliff div. 04c04 TC-3ALM207 DOT-3AL3000 E00060347

and there is 7821 and 14638 stamped on the bottom

please if anyone can tell me wat it meens would be very greatfull

Errm where did you get it?

Have you ever tried to get it filled?

Reason I am asking is DOT bottles are illegal over here! US only I think

ive had it filled just fills slow havent had any problems about it being dot, that sucks if its ilegal.

do u know anyone that would want it? or anything i can do with it

Fraid not,

You can get new ones that are dual tested I think, but once out in the world they are permanently governed by the original test settings.

PYE Will just destroy it.
