WDP A.I.R on Ego

Been using this for a while and it seems to be working fine, although i just feel that i get a bit of drop of at high rates of fire.

Didnt know whether it was the dwell, lube or because im using a low pressured bottle, its the preset AIR im using BTW

Only asking coz was thinking about getting a HP bottle and was wondering if it was worth it??

Hi Mate

I know loads of peps who use a low pressure bottle who suffer the same fate. Most of them now use a High Pressure (faster recharge rate.

about the only low pressure system that planet recomend for use with the Ego is the LP Crossfire (the blue one). It has about the fastest recharge rate there is for a pre-set and can keep up with the Ego's high flow requirements.

If it's not a Crossfire then stick with high pressure presets.

It might be worth giving the marker a basic service, paying particular attention to the regs... Just to make sure it's nothing else causing the problem.

the blue lp crossfire bottles also keep up with the angel 1 in demo mode and thats stupid fast

The angel A.I.R is an adjustable reg isn't it? You could just increase the input pressure.

You're dead right Bob, but he did say further on that it is a preset he's using.

Fair enough. I though the preset was just a PMI tank and LP reg with a different label.

If it was the (adjustable) A.I.R it would run fine on 450psi.

Those A.I.Rs were very high flowing regs.
