I'll join your club sid, I'm 35, no kids I started playing with splatmasters on punter days, got some more kit, played a few tourneys then found other pastimes (beer, women, cars, motorcycles, scuba diving) just starting to get back into it now...
I started before splatmasters mate, the old bolt action, no air tanks, charge the marker stick your 10 shot tube down the barrel, bang on your uvex goggles and off you go, if you shot 20 balls in a 30 minute game you were doing well or running out of air!!!!!!!

Kidz these days....damn it...I sound like the old guy down the street, no wait...thats' me!!!!!

Mooching round the 50, with the flag
I started on the 10 shot tubes and 12g caplets, I've still go my old phantom pump, L7 automag, an Ir3 and two old but very trick matrixes.

still can't hit a barn door from 10 feet, though I did score a few hits on some friends from work on a customer day at DF yesterday with my automag, it hasn't been fired in anger in many years and still perfomed flawlessy. :)

i guess i probably count as old skool these days, i first played when i was 14....that was 1992 at the indoor site that some of the manchester lions used to run.
first game i played was with splatmasters...uvex goggles and those bloody horrible face plates that hurt more than getting shot!
ive played on and off since then, only got into playing tournys in the last 4 or 5 years and still love the game as much as the first day i played. Also i now work within paintball so i have a better excuse to tell the wife ;) 'got to test some new stuff love, back for tea'

id love to play a pump tourny on sup air!
