Yeah least last year they had that website to promote the event. Maybe because of kerrang radio being sponsors? Certainly remember seeing the billboards and radio ads for it. This year I've hardly seen any info or promoting, especially to the general public. While some complain paintball doesn't get the public exposure it deserves in the UK, it seems we don't promote big events like this outside of the paintball commmunity anyway. Couldn't they get Sky/BBC to do a small news item on it at least?

Why do people care, in the slightest, who they are playing and when?

We don't use scouts, you wont change your players / kit / training / set up / preparation one bit if you find out you have the ManMashers rather than FairyGodMothers on a Friday morning draw? You wont get the draw so you wont know the fields you play so it doesn't matter even if you had all 5 of the Millennium kits available.

I just really fail to see how any team can get the @rse on at not knowing the draw as it is of absolutely no benefit to anyone until you get there on Thursday?

Can someone please explain why it's so important as I fail to see it and it's a personal gripe, right after "drop forwards are better"...
