Evening Guys

After much thought and planning my family are moving out to live permantly in france, for obvious reasons they need to keep the income coming in and so are opening a "gite" business out there. Now this is where paintball comes in, next to the possible site there is a large plot of flat land which has permission to build on and what not on. Now I need your views on me possibly opening a multi field sup air complex there where accomodation is available on site and all ammenities taken care of. I have heard that the french are crazy on there sup air and there would be a ready customer base, but I wanted your guys views on this.

The business plan would be to have english teams come out for a weekend and use the fields for this time, being able to stay on site and all paintball needs taken care of. Now I have no idea wether this would be popular but I realise price would have a lot do with it, we would try and make the weekend as affordable as possible without cutting corners. We would have compressors on site and have a climate controlled paint store as well. The site would be about an hour from the nearest airport and easily accessable from train as well.

Let me know any comments etc and wether this would be an intresting propostion to any one

Cheers guys
J :)

Well if you want to do something like a major paintball site you would need a lot of cash for 5+ field of sup'air shop comprassers building etc etc..

If you want to do training a few buildings maybe 2 or 3 fields bar and a few nice features would be good but i think look more at the french market instead of getting peeps from Britian over :D

I know little but it might help!!

Cheers Tim

Good Luch ;)

Where're they moving to? :)
Sounds like a good plan, We have a house in the south, right out in the sticks, and I've seen 2 sites in the area already so it must be pretty popular

Good Luck with it!

if its a holiday destination you may be able to take advantage of that by offering rental guns out , such as ions, and the rest of the gear maybe so much site fee then so much more for rental
