The rosters seem a little messed up, players at events they werent at, not at events they were at and of varying nationalities... also the fact that Tyler Humphreys is rostered on two differnt squads?!?!

yepp, thats the hole point Nick, people miss the point, it's not about "hiring/buying" player for a hole season, it's about renting different players for each event to save their spot.

Did MS explain in any way why they lock the rooster only after the third event. Wouldn't it be better and more common to lock it before the first event?

The rooster lock had to wait until after the third event because of the clash of dates between the MS, NPPL and PSP.

Hopefully next year there will be a lock after the first event, the list the teams admit after the first event is the one for the season.
I would sugest a number of 12 players.
