Molle pod pouches on Eclipse HDE Pants?

I’ve bought some Eclipse HDE Pants off here which have the Molle webbing on the rear.

Has anyone tried putting some of the Molle pod holders on instead of using a pack?

I think the weight would be too much to bear?/bare?

the weight would drag them down lol - i think the molle is more for where you want to have drop pouch or a map/admin pouch

Sturdy belt on the pants?
Braces? Used to have braces on pod packs back in the day before neoprene, etc!!!
