Help please: Unable to post in classified's

Good afternoon.

Hoping a kind mod can help me out, I'm sure your sick of hearing this but....... Im not able to post in the classifieds section of this forum.

I believe I have met all the criteria, ie 20 'Usefull posts' and have been a member for 14 days.
I have also logged in and out and cleared my cache.

I'm clearing missing something.

Your help would be very much appreciated.

Im sure I read a sticky thread stating it was 2 weeks. Trying to locate said thread and it's now gone missing (or more like I can't find it again?!)
