Proto Rail 2011 Regulator

I've got an old 2011 Proto Rail. It's not firing properly but a Dye tech at NvS said that the regulator probably just needs servicing. Any idea how to get in to one of these regs? The metal macro line on these markers makes it a bit more tricky than normal.

Does the steel braid line not thread into a swivel collar on the HPR? so you should be able to unscrew the whole reg from the marker.
If its not playing ball you can remove the ASA from the bottom of the grip frame and then remove the reg.
You can remove the steel braid and pop in macro fittings and macro.

Aye that's a good shout to take the ASA off. I might pop on macro fittings like you say too, the metal stuff is pretty crap.

Steel braid vs macro have their pros and cons but overall steel braid will give you much less grief from random little leaks but it may be more of a flaff to service
