GI Stormz Lvl ... for the price it can't be beat imo. Plus I love the tooless disassembly if anything goes wrong or need new batteries.
Basically any modern electric hopper will do the job.
I like my Spire III, but honestly you can get a functionally equivalent hopper for half the price. Plus there's plenty of used Rotors and Spires in the second hand market and generally they work just fine.

Spire III is the best and with a price to match. PBRML and some other reviews sold me on the GI Sportz LVL. Do a search for PBRML GI Sportz LVL review and you'll see what I mean. Were price no issue, I would have bought a Spire III for sure.
