Are Timmppan no longer supporting A5's?

I am tring to get som springs for 2 A5's

1. 02-20S (Spring Red) 2. 02-20 (Sear spring Blue).

i need 2 of each

Been tring for a while to get some and there has been no tippman Tech supporting events that i have been to this year, even NvS which was a supprise given its one of, if not the biggest big game of the year in the UK

I cannot get any in the UK i even tried e-mialing Tippman USA (2 weeks ago). i have had not response.

Seams a but odd as the tipmmna service used to really good?

That may be a matter of them not acting as tech support at NvS and only being a retail trade stand
They remain listed as UK tech support, did they say BZ are no longer acting as Tippmann tech or that they were not tech support at NvS?

Sidenote: BZ are still a certified Tippmann tech centre, but we did not have any agreement with them to act as the official tech for us at NvS. They would have been unable to help there as they had no parts. Unfortunately we werent able to supply a tech to this event.

Sidenote 2: There will be Tippmann tech support at the Paintfest and Mayhem big games later this year

So i contacted Tippmann UK support

No response in 2 weeks, so i guess Tippmann support is not what it used to be!?!
In the good old days you would get a response the same day and the the parts shipped out the next day.. it apears that tippmann are not offering any customer support any more. I have been triing to get these parts for 2 months ans no one can help and Tippmann do not even respond to my e-mails.

Pretty dissaponted to say the least.

To avoid any confusion, GI Sportz own the Tippmann brand, so although I dont have an @tippmann.com email address does not mean I am not the person to speak to, or that there is someone else better placed to help you.

If you want these parts, please email me your address and contact info and I will arrange the parts to be shipped to you. Your post above suggested that you wanted to collect at the event, which is also possible, but we need to know which you prefer.
