Depends where you’re located, I’ve just come back from 5 years out and got a marker. I know I’m going to be super rusty so I plan to call my local site and see if I can get access to one of their fields to train at on my own. The drills are not hard it’s just about doing it over and over.Very useful tips, especially for a newbie like myself who has aspirations of going beyond walk on days, which is where I'm at at the moment. Any advice on where non team players can go for training or clinics would be gratefully received.
Hi, thanks for taking the time to reply & I appreciate your wise words. I'm based in Southampton. We have a decent local woods ball site at Ambush but myself & my 2 son's want to get some experience of sup air. We've been watching some good drill & training vids on YouTube, it's just finding somewhere to go to put this training into practice. I know that places like Bricketwood do training days but from what I can tell this seems to be aimed at already established teams.Depends where you’re located, I’ve just come back from 5 years out and got a marker.
