Was thinking of buying the Tippman Gryphon due the the price but i couldn't do it as it's fully mechanical and I would want to upgrade!

I'm looking to spend upto £150 on a marker, I'm more than happy to purchase used, not an issue at all. I like the idea of having a gun which can play both woodsball and Arena.

What would you guys recommend as a decent marker?

I have seen a few Dye DM7's which look good!

Thee have also been a few axes around £100-150 as the price dropped dramatically with the release of the axe 2. You also may find geo 2's about that cost and can be upgraded with a IV core for about £100 which vastly improves the old marker.

It seems to be a toss up beteen the invert mini gs and the empire axe.

IF you had to choose between the AXE, Invert or Geo 2, which would you go for ?

the axe was the first marker i bought and used for a good year before deciding to upgrade...

i found the mini a bit too small as the fore grip was a bit closer than on the axe.

I have since had a few planet eclipse markers and would recommend any of them as a first marker. older ego's and etek 4 would all be in your budget too...

My first marker was a proto rail, 2011 model i think, dont think it was much more new and was a brilliant little gun!
