For the price I'd take the used Gtek over the Etha 2.

I would agree with sid sidgwick. The quick release on the engine and ability to use a OLED screen (to me) outweigh the quick release battery compartment and lack of macro line on the etha 2.

Yep the OLED makes it a lots easier to swap settings and you get a shot counter too .
New oled have shot up in price to around £90 each but I found a shop still selling them at £60 the other week so I brought one for my gtek .

If you want to buy a new marker can suggest looking at Proto Ryze Max. In my opinion it's good for beginners. But if you can get a used Gtek for that amount of money - that would be a much better choice.

Yes its just so much easier than trying to get all the flashes right while reading the manual. I got one as soon as I could but just not before the prices went up 50%. Being spoiled with having my primary marker as a LV1 couldnt cope without the screen
