Basically its a re-branded Rotor 1 without windows on the side.
Not great for a new product.

Seems like dye will finally start competing for the recreational mid range market rather than shafting it onto proto.
Edit: <$100 for a rotor is a very competitive price point seeing as the original is still top 5
