It's got a leaky three way (I've already replaced all the o-rings and it's still there) but it also needs just a general tune up and re-timing tbh. The last time I played with it something had gone wrong with the cycling even though I never tough anything but the IVG.
If you're timing is out then your marker is going to play up in general but re-timing is an easy fix. Leaky 3 way could be a multitude of things and I'm more than happy to have a look at it but can't guarantee a fix; i.e if the 3 way stem is bent I can't replace it. If it's a blown seal or timing issue I should be able to sort you out. Where abouts are you based mate?
