Spire Issue

Hi there.

My Virtue Spire doesnt seem to be feeding correctly. When there is no paint in the loader it tries to feed (as it should) but will just stop even when empty.

Also when playing it doesnt keep up to the speed my 3.5 is shooting at and will just stop feeding or stary to popcorn.

Ive tried new batterys but it happens still. Ive also tried different paint in regards to the popcorning issue.

Are they decent batteries?

Virtue have a trouble shooting section on there web site

try a full re-set also

How old is it, virtue replaced my board with an updated one foc,( popcorning) it's been excellent since.
Only use top quality batteries in it.

Duracells. Ive tried Normal ones and the Ultra ones. Both give me the same issue
