HP Burst Disc Leak

Picked up a bottle second hand a couple of months ago and had absolutely no issues with it on the day, worked perfectly. I had it filled to 3k at a dive shop two weeks ago just so I could do some drills in my garden and I put it away after running it down to around 2k PSI.

I was getting my gear together to play the coming weekend and I noticed it was sitting just under 1k on the gauge. I dunked it in some water and there's a tiny stream of bubbles coming from the hp disc. It's an incredibly small leak to have only gone down by that much in that space of time and because I get free air fills after each game at my local field I wasn't able to notice it there either.

So my question is, what is my best course of action here? Is it as simple as spending a few pound and replacing the disc or is there a more serious issue with the reg?

I'll attach a link with some pictures, Let me know if there any problems them :) (Pictures are from its sale post)

It's very unlikely that disc has burst, you need a pressure of 7500psi to burst that ( which can only happen through a faulty filling system or perhaps the bottle being in a fire) so it's probably just coming from the thread, see if it's a bit loose, by that i mean can you move it with a spanner easily. so it may just need tightening up or if that's not the case some thread sealant around the thread.

Thank you I will give that a shot now.

So I got round to tightening the disc and I got over a full turn out of it, dunked it in some soapy water and absolutely no bubbles came from it. Thank you for your help :)
