Planet eclipse thefts - June 2016 & June 2021

4 pallets have been stolen in a planet eclipse shipment, 160 markers and pretty much the entire eclipse range of goods

The theft took place on Monday night 6th June 2016.

The shipment had a bunch of markers as well as LOTS of other Planet Eclipse product, Pants, Jerseys, Padding, Gloves, Packs, Vest, Barrels, Tech Mats, Spares, Casual clothing, Hats, Grip kits, you name it it was probably in the shipment.

We have all of the serial numbers and they will be registered on our warranty database as STOLEN and any information we receive about the stolen markers will be passed onto the police.. These were all taken in the UK, so we expect them to stay in the UK but you never know.

If anyone offers you Paintball gear cheap as chips then be aware it could be stolen and if you buy one of these ‘cheap’ but stolen markers and it crosses are path we will of course be reporting this straight to the police.

The only reason thieves steal is because they have a place to sell the stuff, don’t give them a reason to go and steal more stuff. Next time it might be your gear!

Same M.O. as last time.... This time even more markers have been stolen (160 in total) and they didn't take everything !!!

A 4 pallet shipment on it's way out of the UK has been stolen from our couriers. Nobody has been hurt and nothing other than the transporter has been damaged in this robbbery.

Ledz is saying its not with HQ so that leaves courier and who ever it's going to.

To have 2 shipments get stolen (wasn't it roughly this time last year with the last lot?) is alot of guns to go missing, and no word of any turning up from the last one?

Someone (a tech) must of come across at least one by now.

I hope they find out who it is and get the guns back.

Yea, don't the techs check the serial numbers when...teching? I wonder if there are stores that don't? There are a couple super unique CS1's in that lot that 'should' be easy to track down.

It was January 2015. i don't think any of the markers from that lot ever showed up. in the 20 years ive been playing i have heard about so much being stolen whether it a gun from a walk on, kit bags from cars at services to whole consignments. till this day i have never heard of anyone finding their kit. we are such a small and tight community and its a shame that they just seem to vanish.

i thought about something but why is GPS not used these days. its such a cheap technology that we seem to dismiss. im surprised something like the CSL and M2 don't have a GPS function on them with blue tooth and a coffee maker

Used to play with someone who had a private label shocker nxt stolen - it was found in the woods behind his house by the police but it had been put in a camp fire (got it working again though), think he sold it to my brother who probably still has it somewhere. But that's the only time I've heard of someone getting a stolen marker back.

If Planet has the seriel number's wouldn't it be a good idea to post them online for people to check against? It might put the wind up the scum who stole them and they might magically turn up somewhere.
