New tank question

Hey,

Just bought a Dye Throttle air tank off of here and when it arrived one of the pieces (not sure as I don't know regs very well) isn't in the reg when compared to my other bottle. See pictures attached.
Is this alright? I don't know if it affects the performance or safety of the bottle in anyway, so thought I should just ask on here.

Nothing in the box, how do I know which pressure disk to get to replace it as its not written on the reg. Guessing it shouldn't be used without it?

it wont fill without it
contact whoever you bought it from, this item is not in working condition without it

ive been using the tank all weekend its news to me ... price up the burst disk and il refund you the differnce to compensate ....

Dave do you have any idea what size I need as its not written next to the port on the reg?

What's missing? Just looks like a blank filling in one of the ports!?!?

I hadn't seen a reg without 2 pressure disks before, so assumed it was missing

Edit: Apologies to VENOM for not knowing my stuff on old Throttle regs.
