Hi guys,
Bit of a simple question but I don't take chances when it comes to Gas bottles.

I've upgraded from a 3k to 4.5k compressed air bottle. Does that mean I can fill until the gauge reaches 4.5k now?

It's one of those things I just never think to ask.

Thanks

Yes, but few places actually fill to 4500psi.
I have been away for 5 years or so... is that a random change or is there a reason people don't want to fill to 4500psi ? What about tournaments?

A big rackup in the costs involved in a 4500psi site compressor system and holding tanks etc in comparison to 3000psi, and still needing to manage at least one down regulated 3000psi point

Plus the safety issue in managing self filling players to ensure they don't try to fill a 3000psi on the 4500psi point

If 4500 is supplied at a tournament then it's quite often that the site system is at 3000psi and hpac come in to provide 4500psi for the event

The vast majority of players aren't going to use much air per game (especially if m500 now) so the argument for 4500psi is less essential

M500 is great. Encourages movement, the points are a lot shorter as well due to the limited amounts of paint.

Is a good fun format, good amount of movement on the a couple games on the old format but I quite like m500 finding new angles and shots to use the paint in best ways
